Anger is an emotion of humans that comes by its own, and 99% of human beings are unable to control it. Anger is like a poison given to your mind which can also harm your entire body because the whole body is connected to your brain.

So today i will tell you all a story of Gautam Buddha. By which you can learn from the Siddharth Gautam Buddha that how to overcome the Anger. So let's start.

Story of Buddha for Anger

Once upon a time buddha was sitting in a place with his disciples. Then suddenly a man comes towards buddha and said.

Man Said to all Buddha disciples : hey you all, stay way from my way. Today I will make this man ( Gautam Buddha ) angry.
Then all Buddha disciples said to that man: hey, don't you have some other work to do. Why you want to make Gautam buddha angry. Why you have such waste intentions. But suddenly Buddha said to his disciples to stop their arguments with the man and let the man do what he wants.

As the Buddha said to his disciples to take back their Arguments, now the disciples of Buddha are unable to say any single word to the man.

Now the man is free to abuse the Gautam Buddha to lead Buddha to the Anger. And the man started to use abusive words against Gautam Buddha. Now it's been Evening from noon for the man who is abusing Gautam Buddha and the man is fully exhausted by abusing non stop for atleast 4 hours.

Finally the man stopped using abusive words against Buddha but then he started spitting at the Buddha. After some time then Buddha just said: is there any other words you want to say.

After hearing Buddha's words, the man was shocked and unable to reply. His mind was totally astonished by hearing the words of Buddha. The man goes away without saying any single word to Buddha.

Now all of the disciples of Gautam Buddha were thinking that it's clearly obvious that the man was came to insult the Buddha but still why Gautam Buddha said to man that is there any other words you want to say.

And one of the disciple finally asked directly to Gautam Buddha and said.

O Buddha, why you ask that man for more words ? Can't you see that he was insulting you ? Then

Buddha Said: respect and insult is seen by those people who are cling with these both words. I am not cling with these both Emotions. I have gone beyond respect and insult type of Emotions. Insult can't make me sad and angry and at the same place the respect can't give me any pleasure.

The next day, that man comes again near buddha but this time he is asking to forgive himself from Gautam Buddha. The man was crying and lay down in front of Gautam Buddha's Feet.

And then Gautam Buddha again said : is there any other words you want to say ?.

Just after Buddha's line. Again a disciple asked the Buddha and said: O buddha, you have said the same line at that time, when this man was abusing you and you are saying it again when this man is crying in front of you. What's the reason behind it ? Why you are saying the same quote again and again ? Then

Buddha said: there are some situations and some Emotions that cannot be described by the words but at that day when this man spits on me, By spitting on me he said what he had to say. And now Today his tears are saying it all what he wants to say now.

After this, that man becomes one of Buddha's disciple.
