Low CPM Rates for the Asian Countries.
Weekly Payments are Available only for Premium Publisher means you have to become a Publisher who gets daily 10K visitors. After you get 10K visitors daily, You need to contact Propeller ads to tell them about your traffic with Google Analytics Report.
Native Ads, Interstitial Ads and Native Subscription ads are available only for Premium Publisher. However the rest ads are available for all Publishers.
You cannot use popunder ads when you have Adsense Ads on your website.

Here is Screenshot of my earnings from the propeller Ads. As you can see the CPM rate of 47.11$ from The US and the overall CPM is 4.70$. however, The profit is Only 7.98$ but when you compare the Impressions with the earnings then you will find out that, that 7.98 Dollars are too high compared to Impressions. Even Adsense never gives me atleast 2$ for 1500 impressions. But wait don't assume it better than Adsense. First see the CPM rates for other countries. They are too low, isn't it. The conclusion is clear that if you have traffic from Asian countries then you can't earn even a single Dollar with Propeller Ads.

Again a Screenshot with a CPM of 5.30$ and a total earning of 7.97$. in that day I was getting most of my traffic from the USA that's why my CPM is 5.30$. Keep in mind that Propeller ads is worthless if you have no US traffic.

How to Get High CPM Rates / US Traffic

Firstly i would like show you that which type of ads pays the highest in Propeller Ads. A screenshot of earnings by Ads type will solve this question.

As you have read above that only the Popunder and Native Subscription Ads are available for a small publisher so I will take only these two ads for comparison.

See the above image where I have used two ads and the highest paying ad is Onclick popunder which gives me 7.69$ of CPM Rates and on the other hand there is Native Subscription which is Worthless to use as it gives me only 0.05 Dollars of CPM.

How to Earn faster from Propellerads

First Login to your account and click on "Sites".
Then click on Add Sites
Enter your sites domain

Even though I am getting high CPM rates from Propeller ads but that just because of USA traffic and we cannot make money by the Asian Traffic. I am using Propeller ads since 2018 and it was not too good experience but it's ok when you don't have Adsense. It Would be the best ad network for you with your USA traffic and no other ad-networks can beat Propeller in terms of getting CPM Rates from top tier countries. So it's worth trying them, May be it might become the best Ad network for you.
