I can proof this that every site on blogger can be ranked on Google's first page and to give you proof I have just one question.

- Make a account on Ads.Google.com.
- On the interface after log in, you will see two tab, out of two, click on Keyword Planner's Tab
- Simply, Now search the topic you want to write on, then keyword planner will show you the search volume of your keyword and will suggest you more better keywords with low competition.
- So just choose the best keyword with low competition and write a post on that particular topic.
Note: Always choose those keywords which are low on competition instead of choosing the keywords that are high in competition. It will make your chance to rank on Google.

Give names to your link by your choice. Change your link name into the second most search volume Keywords.
For example my Title is "How to Do SEO of a Blogger" and I will customise my link like "Blogger-seo" because it's the second most search volume Keywords on this topic with low competition. By this method you can use two most searchable keywords directly on your post.
Build the helpful links
Article that has links under the post are attracted by search engines more easily. You should include links between your post content. For example: Suppose you are writing an article on the topic "How to earn money online" so in the post content between some sentences you must add the Name of any online earnings ways like Adsense.com and Media.net and then convert them into a link. like I did in this paragraph.
Use Search Description
To use this feature, firstly you will need to enable this on your blogger. To enable search description, open your Blogger, then click on Settings then Search Preferences and on the option of Meta Tags make it Enable
Make sure to add Meta Tags of your site in Search Preferences on Meta Tags option.

3. Submit your site in Bing and Google's Webmaster Tool
As you all know that Bing and Google are the two largest Search engines in the world. So it's important to submit your site on Google and as well as Bing's Webmaster Tool. To submit site on Google, click on the link Google Search Console, to submit your site on Bing, click on the link Bing Webmaster Tool. After submitting your site in both Webmaster tools now you need to add a sitemap in both of them. To submit you site in Google, follow the following
- First Log in to your Google account on Google Search Console
- Then submit your site url on url prefix option
- After that if you have brought your domain from Domains.Google.com so it will automatically get you as verified owner but if you have brought your domain from other companies like GoDaddy and bigrok then you have to verify your ownership in Google search Console.
- There will five ways given on your screen to verify your ownership and I will tell you the easiest way to Verify.
- Out of those five options, click in Others and choose Verification code option then Google will give you a code that you need to place in your head section on Blogger.
- Place the code on your head Section of blogger and click on verify. The domain ownership will Successfully verified after this.
- Now submit a site map, to submit site map, open the menu of Google search Console and click on Sitemap option.
- After clicking on site there will be a column where you will fill "sitemap.xml"
- After this one setting your blog will be Successfully submitted in Google's Webmaster Tool
All the process that we completed in case of Google, the same process you have to do with Bing Webmaster Tool.
- Firstly make a account on Bing and log in to your Bing Webmaster tool
- Submit your site url and some information about you like Your name and email address etc.
- Then Bing will give you a code to place on head Section in your Blogger. It's the same process as in case of Google
- Then your site will be marked as verified on Bing's Webmaster tool
- Then submit a site map on Bing.
- Type your url like www.yoursite.com then type /sitemap.xml. it will look like this www.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml.
4. Use Social Networks
If there is no views on your site then may be search will ignore your site.
even after completing all above-mentioned, still traffic is not coming on your site so don't worry here is a last and the useful method left. Firstly you need to make your account on all Social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, instagram and most important on YouTube.
- Upload videos on YouTube daily, video should be related to your article content. Give your site's link in the description like for example: " for more information visit www.yoursite.com
- Upload a post on Facebook daily by giving your site's link.
- Tweet your site's content on twitter with the link of your site. Twitter really can help you than any social networks. Because I have experienced Twitter's support on my site on my beginnings days.
- Do the same with Instagram.
